bringing better blasting to industry
Work Faster While Working Less
How’s this for efficiency?
Boride’s XL-Series nozzles are so efficient, blasters often get 40% more work done* using the same amount of blast media and the same volume of compressed air. It’s true – nozzle selection can make a huge difference.
Return on investment crushes the cost difference of these long nozzles in short order.
Not convinced? Ask me for a demo using your equipment & a #6 XL. (Limited to schedule and region: Vermont, Western Mass., Western NH, and eastern Upstate NY).
The XL nozzle comes in either conventional tungsten carbide or durable, lightweight BP200 SiAlON. The latter are lighter and long-lived.
In addition, choose from the customary, high-quality urethane jacket, or a new - high grip - knurled aluminum jacket. XL’s aluminum threads are now non-galling. Choose 1¼” brass threads for urethane jacketed models. Or, coarse, 50mm threads are also available. For true versatility, add a quick disconnect coupling**.
These high performance nozzles are suitable for contractors, portable pot blasters (dry or slurry), and users of walk-in blast room facilities.
Depending upon your workpiece and finish requirement, we can recommend the optimal set of blast nozzles to speed production and obtain high quality surface prep.
We offer all-important operator training, too! On-site and in-person.
